NUI organic body products commissioned MadDog Marketing to conduct consumer research, which assisted in the development and design of their new range of packaging.

MadDog Marketing conducted a series of focus groups and face-to-face interviews with consumers to determine their perceptions toward coconut oil, and evaluate packaging and branding of the products. This research resulted in the revamp and revision of the packaging that is used today.

Market research is key to gaining valuable customer insights that links the consumer to the brand. MadDog uses research to identify and define marketing opportunities and problems; generate, refine and evaluate marketing actions; and identify ways in which specific activities can be made more effective.
