In 2000 MadDog Marketing launched Pink Ribbon Day on behalf of their client, the National Breast Cancer Foundation. In 2001, MadDog Marketing expanded Pink Ribbon Day across the entire month of October.

This enabled consumers to purchase a ribbon in support of breast cancer throughout the month. The Pink Ribbon, "think pink" campaign, created a chain reaction that has resulted in corporates changing their packaging to pink for the month of October, raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

MadDog Marketing has a successful track record of assisting Non-Profit organisations in raising their profile, gaining sponsorship for events and activities, and designing and executing events.

Our relationship with the National Breast Cancer Foundation over 3 years, enabled us to develop their brand and promote fundraising events such as Pink Ribbon Day, the Mothers Day Classic, and Bras Across the Bridge. MadDog Marketing was instrumental in introducing celebrity ambassadors to the organisation. As a result, the National Breast Cancer Foundation has publicly benefited from the high profile campaigns with Sarah O'Hare, as their patron.
